Export table in to text file

I want to export data into one text file which contain image fileds.

Since images are typically binary and not text you can't really export them
into text files. However, you could do this as a two step process. You could
first use a tool like DTS or BCP to copy the char and numeric data to the
text file. And then use textcopy or another third party tool to copy the
images to other binary files.
