Export sql query result to excel soread sheet

I couldn't get the field titles on the Excel and for the datetime field it
only shows time not date & time.
ThanksCheck the cell format of the Excel spreadsheet to see is it set on "Date >
mm/dd/yy hh:mm" format or not
